Momentum Cash Systems
has created the Toll-Free ATM Network for the benefit of the consumer. Recognizing
that ATMs have become so widely accepted and used by a large portion of the population,
Momentum created the Toll-Free ATM Network to provide consumers with greater access
to surcharge free cash withdrawals at convenient locations. Finding convenient
ATMs is not difficult, however, there typically is a cost associated with convenience.the

Customers of financial
institutions participating in the Toll-Free ATM Network will receive Surcharge
Free cash withdrawals at all ATMs bearing the Toll-Free ATM logo. To find out

Company History
Momentum Cash Systems,
LLC owns and operates the Toll-Free ATM Network. In 1994, Momentum Cash Systems,
LLC, was formed to take advantage of technological developments in the automated
teller machine industry. These developments, which include cost efficient, low
maintenance ATMs, have opened the industry to retail merchants who have traditionally
been reluctant or unable to make the capital investment.
Momentum Cash
Systems has positioned itself as a leader in the industry, owning over 900 ATMs
in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida, Kansas,
Ohio and Kentucky. Momentum.s owned machines are located in variety of venues
ranging from convenience stores to officer towers. Momentum manages and operates
an additional 2,100 ATMs, which are primarily owned by retail merchants, throughout
the United States. Momentum Cash Systems maintains an extensive service department,
including a centralized customer support call center and service representatives
located throughout these states to maintain the machines it owns as well as
the machines that it has sold.
Momentum Cash
Systems has developed a program for financial institutions that allows their
customer.s access to Momentum ATMs for surcharge free cash withdrawals. This
program helps to fill the need of financial institutions to better serve their
existing and prospective customers with better, more convenient access to surcharge
free ATMs, without the capital-intensive cost of deploying or operating the
ATMs. Each financial institution benefits by dramatically expanding their presence
for a fraction of the cost, which enables them to retain and acquire new customers
with a network comparable to the largest banks in the country. Consumers gain
substantial money saving benefit with the potential to save up to $2.50 per
cash withdrawal. That.s a savings of $10 - $15 month for the average ATM user.
Momentum Cash
Systems. management and board of directors is made of men and women with extensive
experience and interest in retail store construction, retail store ownership
and management, ATM processing, banking and real estate. This experience has
allowed us to work with retailers and manufacturers in developing and implementing
new products utilizing the cash dispenser platform. The real value of our company,
however, comes from our employees. Their experience, ranging from processing
to bank customer service has allowed us to grow to be the ninth largest non-bank
